La Manga Golf Resort, Spain, 23rd - 30th April 2026 CLOSED GROUP BOOKING

Earlier this year (May 2025)… I was invited to La Manga Golf Resort in Spain to run a private course for a group of artists. It was a truly special week, filled with creativity, sunshine, and a wonderful sense of community.

Over the course of the week we explored different aspects of landscape painting, each participant focusing on their own goals. Some wanted to strengthen their drawing, others to push their painting further, and together we experimented with new techniques and materials that added freshness and excitement to their work.

We also took our sketchbooks outside, most memorably to Cabo de Palos, a nearby harbour, where the boats and water provided a lively setting to capture quick impressions. These moments of sketching in the open air brought a different energy to the their work and sparked plenty of ideas.

It was a week of learning and discovery, but also one of fun and connection. Happliy, I’ve been invited back next April to work with this lovely group again, looking forward to it already.
