Purchasing, Delivery & Returns Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and shop with confidence. Every care has been taken to display my artwork as accurately as possible with regard to its size and colour. However the image you see online may sometimes show a slight difference due to variations between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Please read the following information carefully, as it outlines how purchase, delivery, and returns are handled, ensuring we’re both protected and clear on what to expect.

International buyers: please contact me directly for a custom shipping quote before purchasing.

Purchasing

How to pay:

PayPal in British Pounds Sterling.

You don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. No debit/credit card details will be stored.

Bank Transfer

Please select this option at checkout and you’ll receive an email with details of how to pay

Instalments

For paintings over £500. A 50% deposit will secure your purchase with the balance being paid over the following 2 months (25% each). The painting will be dispatched upon final payment. Please contact me directly if you prefer this method of payment.

Please note: this is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.

Delivery

Original Art

Please allow a total of 10 days to receive your purchase.PayPal in British Pounds Sterling.

  • Orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days of full payment

  • All parcels are sent tracked, and signed for, so they reach you safely

  • UK delivery is via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier depending on size and weight. This usually takes 5–7 working days...using a flat rate of £45

  • A signature will be required on delivery to ensure a safe and secure handover.

  • If you’d like to collect from my studio in Staffordshire, please choose this option at checkout.

Prints & Cards

  • In stock items are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving the order.

  • Please add an additional 10 working days if images need to be sent for printing.

  • UK delivery is via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier depending on size and weight. This usually takes 2–5 working days.

  • International delivery may take a little longer, depending on customs and local services.

If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me prior to purchase to make sure it will reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for priority deliveries according to your requirements.

Returns & Refunds

Original Art

I hope you love your new artwork, but if it’s not what you expected, you have 14 days to contact me by email to request a refund and explain reason for return. Please note: this applies to UK purchases only.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, protected in secure packaging, using a tracked and signed for service at the customers expense

  • Once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected, a refund (less initial delivery charge) will be processed within 14 days

Prints & Cards

  • Can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return postage is the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds or replacements will be arranged once the item has been received back and inspected.

  • Custom made prints purchased for a particular size cannot be returned, please ensure you check the size required accurately before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please let me know in writing within 48 hours of delivery, ideally with photos of the issue.

  • Once damage /fault has been confirmed, a replacement or refund will be arranged (including return shipping if applicable).

  • At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, with the exception of any bespoke prints that

have already been sent to print. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel

an order, so packing and postage can be stopped.

To Arrange a Return, Replacement or Refund

  • Order number

  • Item purchased

  • Reason for return/replacement/refund request

  • Photos (if damaged or faulty)

I’ll then confirm and guide you through the next steps within 3 working days.

Exceptions

  • Commissions and personalised pieces are one-of-a-kind and therefore non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty.

  • Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
